Dr. Caldwell is an associate pastor in his church and for many years has served as the Director of Christian Education. Willie is constantly teaching, facilitating workshops and serving as an adjunct professor at a local Bible College. He was formerly educated at Florida A&M University-B.A. and at Gwinnett Hall Baptist College-M.A., Th.D.
